The HR team are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis in Gibraltar.
Hours: 37.5
Status: Permanent
Reports to: Head of Human Resources
Main Responsibilities
Manage the HR responsibilities and activities of the company
Manage the HR department day to day functions and the HR team
Provide expert and professional advice and support to Head of HR, Directors, Managers and Staff on all aspects of HR.
Key Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human in Resources or CIPD Level 5 (essential)
2 years’ experience as a HR Generalist or Team Leader (essential)
Knowledge and experience using a HRIS system (advantageous)
Fluency in English both written and oral (essential)
Knowledge of Gibraltar Employment Law (advantageous)
