We are looking for a candidate with great analytical skills for an exciting and challenging position!
Duties and responsibilities
Contribute to the fulfillment of the financial reporting according to US GAAP Standards, IFRS standards and NGAAP standards
Manage the quarter and year-end audit work papers and Interfaces with external auditors as required
Support the preparation to the Group consolidated accounts including variance analysis, monthly account reconciliations and ad-hoc financial reporting
Ensure that all established internal controls are being followed, which are deemed necessary to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of reporting
Support SEC and US GAAP/Group Accounting on ad-hoc basis
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting and/or Auditing as a minimum
IFRS and/or US GAAP knowledge, but not required
3 - 5 years of relevant work experience. Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered
Solid IT skills and interest in becoming superuser for reporting tools
Experience in development and/or testing of internal control for Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) is beneficial, but not required
Proficiency in English
