Job Role
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually accounts of the vessels and reporting to vessels’ Owners.
Preparation of OPEX Actual vs Budget reports.
Vessels’ cash flow management.
Suppliers’ invoices posting.
Vessels’ cash accounts entries and bank reconciliation.
MGA review and posting to general ledger.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the accounting department of a Shipping Company.
Diploma / Degree in Accounting.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Computer Literacy, advanced use of MS Office.
Familiarity with ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset.
Initiative and ability to work both independently and as a team-member.
Good organizational skills.
