GOOD ENGLISH!! Candidates should ready to pass CES test. 2O should have min 3 contracts in rank and SAME dwt, SAME type of vessel. Max age 40 years. All candidates should have no more than 2 SHIPOWNERS (not agency) during last 5 contracts.
